Contract Description:
Under this contract the Northwest Fisheries Science Center, Watershed Program will provide technical services to support the evaluation of BPA's tributary habitat restoration program. This work will include, but is not limited to:

1. Identify and conduct site visits confirming barrier removal sites to be monitored in summer 2015 and 2016.
2. Monitor and collect fish and habitat data on 15 or more full barrier removal projects funded by BPA.
3. Summarize, analyze, and report on effectiveness of barrier projects evaluated in summer of 2015.
4. Begin site reconnaissance for instream projects to be evaluated in 2017.
5. Participate in workshops to coordinate monitoring activities and assure consistency of monitoring protocols for action effectiveness monitoring.
6. Review and other support tasks related to habitat and fish monitoring activities as requested.
